Anthony Head has been writing professionally for more than thirty years, including covering high school basketball in Southern Indiana, politics in Chicago, and the culinary arts in Los Angeles.
A well-traveled correspondent, including internationally, Anthony has settled into his focus on the people, places, and history of Texas.
Anthony has been published in more than three dozen national and international publications like Texas Monthly, Austin Monthly, NextAvenue.org, Bon Appetít, Reader’s Digest, Texas Highways, Evansville Living, Juke.press, Writer’s Digest, Country Magazine, Relix, EAT, Hillviews, SHAPE, Robb Report, the San Marcos (Texas) Daily Record, and the Austin American-Statesman.
